It’s official now. Google Chrome has finally become the most popular web browser. According to web analytics website StatCounter, for the first time in the history of internet, Google’s Chrome web-browser has overtaken Microsoft’s Internet Explorer to become the most used internet browserworldwide. Interestingly, Asia and South America has contributed most to the Chrome traffic share, while Internet Explorer and Firefox are more popular in North America and Europe respectively. However in India, Chrome is the most popular webbrowser with Firefox on second place.
